Address Changes
Please feel free to contact me at any time for an adress change! Though I will send out reminders on my social media page if I have a pre-order pin being sent out soon in case anything has changed bvetween the time of placing the order and shipping it out!
(EDIT) Unfortunately I can no longer merge multiple different orders to send out, the process is too time consuming and putting aside pins for potentially months between preorders is no longer feasible on my end. If you place multiple orders for diffrent items they will be sent separately.
Return or Refund Policy
Inquiries for a refund or return will be evaluated on a case by case basis. However, if this seems to be a reoccuring issue, you may banned from the shop.
Grading Policy
I am not the harshest pin grader, what I see as a lower or higher grade may differ from what others consider high/low grade! If there is truely a signifigant issue then please feel free to message me, however everything will be evaluated on a case to case basis.

Im a pretty chill person overall. I understand things come up, things change, etc. Most often I am willing to work with you, but please do not abuse this. If Im finding people to be acting out regularly, then please know I will change my policies.
I do also have a full time job in addtion to the shop, I will reply as quickly as I can but please note, Im just not as active socially as I once was and its mainly because im working full time and overtime.
If I have questions about preorder status, and I havent posted any updates to either shop page, chances are I just dont have those updates. Pins and manufacturing as a whole takes time, sometimes for the sake of the project I will redo the pin because its my want for you to get the best quality product possible, and once more that takes time. I will let ya'll know if there is delays, but I have had several people in the past harass me for updates I just dont have- that is why on preorder listings themselves there is a time range and not a set date of something to be sent out.
